Internet Security *Enabled/Updated* - C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office14\GROOVEEX.DLL So please look this information over and i will be waiting for a reply Thank you! I personally think it has a bad video card, but i wanted to take log scans anyways to see if their is any other conflicting issues causing the BSOD screen crashes. I then tried to run PC matic, it found several issues with the systems stability. I tried find via registery editer and i found a few values and tried to delete them but i couldn't. But its on the system because its located on the log entries. Though this computer does not have MSI it does have windows defender, how ever when i tried locating windows defender for some reason i could not find it. AT first i thought it was a conflicting issue with the two firewalls runing at once, because i do know that i have ran into BSOD craches before when using MSI and avast at the same time. In any case, i ran a DDS scan, how ever it was ran with the firewall accidently turned on. Its a fairly new computer with new ram, the only hardware that is some what old is the video card.
Hi, this computer is having some major issues with BSOD crashes, screen flickering, and drivers not installing correctly.
